API 6A Christmas Tree for Onshore Oil Gas Well
Product Description
Oil Well Christmas Tree (also called Production Tree / X-tree) is a full set of high-pressure wellhead control assembly installed on the tubing head, serving as the primary pressure barrier for oil, gas and injection wells in upstream oilfield industry.
The whole unit is composed of tubing spool, master valve, production wing valve, kill wing valve, adjustable choke assembly, pressure gauge block, flow nipple and related connecting flanges & fittings. It bears the weight of downhole tubing string, seals the annular space between tubing and casing, controls the flow rate of crude oil, natural gas and produced water, and realizes emergency well shut-in to prevent blowout risks.
This series Christmas Tree is fully designed and manufactured in accordance with API 6A latest edition, PR2 performance requirements and NACE MR0175 standard for sour H₂S-containing working conditions. All pressure-bearing parts are forged integrally, with Stellite hard surfacing on valve sealing surfaces to resist erosion from sand and corrosive medium.
We provide diversified structural types including single wing, dual wing, vertical, horizontal, integral block and split block surface trees, as well as customized subsea production trees for deepwater offshore platforms. Valves can be equipped with manual, hydraulic or electric actuators to match remote ESD emergency shutdown control system.
Widely applicable to onshore conventional oilfields, shale gas wells, heavy oil thermal recovery wells, offshore surface wells, water/gas injection wells, fracturing temporary trees and high-pressure sour service wells. We support OEM, ODM and non-standard customized sizes to meet different EPC projects, oil operators and equipment distributors’ global demands. All products pass hydrostatic test, air tightness test and material inspection before shipment, with complete factory inspection reports and certification documents.
