Product Description
Weld Neck Flange, also known as WN Flange, is a heavy-duty integrally forged pipe fitting designed for butt-weld connection with pipelines. Its distinctive tapered neck gradually transfers stress to the pipe wall, greatly reducing stress concentration at the welding joint. Full penetration butt welding ensures a seamless combination between flange and pipe, achieving superior mechanical performance under extreme high-pressure, high-temperature and cyclic load working conditions.
This flange adopts ring joint (RTJ) flat face or raised face sealing structure, which matches metal gaskets to realize zero leakage for critical fluid transmission. It strictly complies with ASME B16.5, API 6A international standards, with complete pressure classes ranging from Class 150 to Class 2500. We supply multiple material grades including carbon steel A105, stainless steel F304/F316 and alloy steel for sour gas, offshore platform, wellhead and petrochemical pipeline projects.
Every weld neck flange undergoes precision CNC machining, magnetic particle inspection, ultrasonic flaw detection and hydrostatic pressure test before delivery to eliminate internal forging defects.
