Forged High Pressure 90 Degree Oilfield Wellhead Elbow

High pressure flow iron elbow is an integrally forged heavy-duty flow line fitting widely used in oilfield fracturing, acidizing and well testing operations. It serves to change the transmission direction of high-pressure oil, gas and sand-laden fracturing fluid on temporary surface manifold pipelines. The integral forging process eliminates welding seams to enhance overall structural strength and impact resistance, while matched sealing connection structure effectively prevents medium leakage under harsh high-pressure working conditions. This elbow fits standard hammer unions and connects seamlessly with other flow iron components, supporting stable continuous fluid delivery for onshore oilfield construction operations.

    Product Description

This product is a high-pressure forged rotary elbow specially supporting oil wellheads and manifold systems. It is integrally forged from alloy steel, with internal and external surfaces sandblasted and coated with oil-resistant anti-corrosion red paint. Both ends adopt standard oilfield hammer union connections, and the middle rotary joint enables 360° free rotation to adjust pipeline installation angles.

It is widely applied to Christmas trees, choke manifolds, fracturing pipelines and gathering flowlines for high-pressure oil & gas transmission. Suitable for H₂S-containing sour oil and gas well service, it features anti-sulfur property, erosion resistance and reliable high-pressure sealing, serving as a core transition fitting for surface oil & gas processing systems.

    Product Features

    • 360° rotary design eliminates pipeline assembly stress, greatly simplifying on-site installation without forced pipeline alignment.
    • Integral forging construction without welding seams delivers outstanding structural strength, preventing crack leakage under ultra-high pressure during fracturing and production operations.
    • Optional CW2M nickel alloy body complies with NACE standards, providing superior resistance against corrosion from hydrogen sulfide, carbon dioxide and formation water for sour oil & gas wells.
    • Combined metal & composite rubber sealing structure resists erosion from sediment and crude oil, ensuring zero leakage during long-term high-pressure operation.
    • Standardized Fig series hammer union interfaces realize high interchangeability, directly matching wellheads, manifolds, high-pressure hoses and adjustable chokes.
    • Optimized heat treatment balances toughness and rigidity, enabling stable performance in both cold open-air sites and high-temperature well conditions without brittle fracture or deformation.
    • Full quality control: every unit passes hydrostatic strength test and MT/UT non-destructive testing; test reports and API monogram certification are available upon request.
    • Long service life: wear-resistant anti-corrosion coating plus high-strength substrate outperforms cast fittings in impact and abrasion resistance, extending maintenance intervals. Complete sealing repair kits are supplied as spare parts for long-term operation.
