    Product Description

    Choke and Kill Manifold is a core supporting system matched with BOP wellhead equipment, serving as the key safety barrier for well pressure control in oil and gas field operations. Different from single-function well control manifolds, this integrated equipment consists of two mutually independent and non-interfering pipeline systems: choke manifold and kill manifold, realizing bidirectional wellbore pressure regulation and fluid control.
    The kill manifold system is dedicated to high-pressure fluid injection. It injects weighted drilling mud and pressure-stabilizing medium into the wellbore to increase bottom hole pressure, balance formation pressure and curb continuous overflow of formation fluid. Equipped with professional anti-backflow check valves, the system thoroughly avoids high-pressure well fluid backflow, effectively protecting downstream pump equipment and construction safety.
    The choke manifold system undertakes controlled pressure release and fluid discharge work. Adopting a dual-valve standby design with primary and standby adjustable choke valves, it can precisely adjust pipeline throttling pressure, slowly release wellbore pressure and discharge overflow fluid. This stepless pressure regulation mode avoids sudden pressure fluctuations and ensures stable and controllable well control operation.
    The whole equipment adopts integral skid-mounted modular assembly, with all high-pressure forged pipelines, API 6A standard flat gate valves, precision choke valves, pressure gauges and buffer devices pre-installed. The main body is made of high-strength alloy steel via integral forging process, with no welding seams on the flow channel, featuring high pressure resistance, erosion resistance and durable sealing performance. NACE MR0175 anti-sulfur corrosion treatment is optional to adapt to harsh working conditions of hydrogen sulfide-containing sour gas wells.
    Supporting dual operation modes of on-site manual adjustment and remote hydraulic control, the manifold meets the safety operation requirements of different construction scenarios. All products undergo strict factory hydrostatic pressure test, air tightness test and fatigue performance test in full compliance with API 16C standards, ensuring stable and reliable long-term operation in complex and harsh oilfield environments.

    • Dual Safety Operation Modes – Flexible switching of manual on-site operation and hydraulic remote control. Remote operation keeps operators away from high-pressure dangerous wellhead areas, meeting high-standard safety construction requirements.
