Product Description
This wellhead check valve is a core safety component designed for oil & gas wellhead and christmas tree systems. It automatically blocks reverse flow of crude oil, natural gas, fracturing fluid and sour medium to avoid equipment damage and production risks. Two mainstream structures—swing type and lift type—are supplied to match different manifold installation space and pressure requirements.
The valve body adopts integral forging structure without internal welding seams, equipped with metal-to-metal self-energized sealing. The sealing performance gets tighter as working pressure rises, realizing reliable zero leakage under ultra-high pressure. It supports BX / RTJ ring groove flanges and perfectly matches double studded adapter flanges (DSA flange). Applicable to onshore production wells, offshore platforms, drilling manifolds, pressure testing assemblies and sour gas well working conditions. All products pass strict hydrostatic and gas sealing tests before delivery to meet high-standard well control operation demands.
