    Product Description

    API 6A standard valve gate is precision-engineered for gate valves in oilfield wellhead and Christmas tree systems. Forged from high-strength alloy steel or stainless steel, it features advanced thermal spray coating (cobalt-coated tungsten carbide, nickel-based tungsten carbide, cobalt-chromium tungsten alloy) for exceptional wear resistance, erosion resistance and corrosion resistance. With precision machining and optimized sealing structure, it ensures tight sealing performance under high pressure (2K-20K psi) and extreme temperature conditions. Compliant with API 6A specifications, available in PR1 and PR2 performance levels, it delivers stable operation, long service life and reliable compatibility for harsh oil and gas exploration environments.
