    Product Description

    The Mud Valve Seat is a core sealing component designed exclusively for mud valves, mud pump valves and slurry control valves, which is widely applied in oilfield drilling systems, mud circulation pipelines and high-solid abrasive working conditions. It works closely with the mud valve gate to form a reliable sealing pair, bearing long-term scouring, abrasion and extrusion of high-pressure drilling mud, sand-containing slurry and corrosive media.


    Our mud valve seat adopts high-strength alloy steel as the base material, and undergoes strict quenching and tempering heat treatment to improve the overall strength, toughness and impact resistance. The key sealing surface is treated with HVOF (High Velocity Oxygen Fuel) thermal spraying technology or tungsten carbide hard surfacing, forming a dense, high-hardness and high-bonding protective coating. Through precision CNC machining and fine grinding, the product achieves extremely high dimensional accuracy and surface flatness, ensuring a perfect fit with the valve gate, eliminating medium leakage and greatly improving the service life and stability of the entire valve assembly.
