Its double-sided sealing surfaces are enhanced with HVOF thermal spray coating (WC-Co, Ni-based WC, Co-Cr-W alloy), delivering ultra-high hardness (HRC 75), superior wear resistance, erosion resistance and corrosion resistance.
Processed by CNC precision machining, the sealing surfaces feature ultra-high flatness and finish, ensuring reliable two-way metal hard sealing without leakage under harsh working conditions.
