Product Description
FC full bore gate is a critical sealing component exclusively designed for API 6A standard oilfield gate valves. Adopting a slab-type full bore structure, it features a consistent flow passage with no diameter reduction, perfectly matching full bore valve cavities to enable unobstructed pipeline pigging and minimal fluid resistance.
Forged integrally from high-strength alloy steel (AISI 4130/4140) or stainless steel, the gate boasts a compact, defect-free structure with exceptional mechanical strength and high pressure resistance (up to 20,000PSI). Its double-sided sealing surfaces are enhanced with HVOF thermal spray coating (WC-Co, Ni-based WC, Co-Cr-W alloy), delivering ultra-high hardness (HRC 75), superior wear resistance, erosion resistance and corrosion resistance.
Processed by CNC precision machining, the sealing surfaces feature ultra-high flatness and finish, ensuring reliable two-way metal hard sealing without leakage under harsh working conditions. Compliant with API 6A temperature grades (K/L/P/U) and performance levels (PR1/PR2), it offers excellent interchangeability, long service life and strong adaptability to onshore/offshore oilfield wellheads, Christmas trees and high-pressure manifolds.
