    Manufactured from premium food-grade/industrial-grade stainless steel (304/316/316L optional) as the base material, it undergoes precision CNC machining to ensure tight dimensional tolerances and smooth thread engagement. The surface is reinforced with HVOF supersonic flame spray coating (typically WC-Co, Cr₂O₃, or NiCrBSi alloy coating), forming a dense, low-porosity, high-bond-strength protective layer that is 2-3 times stronger than conventional thermal spraying.
