🔩 Sealing Surface Structure:
• Conical plug uses a 1:16~1:30 taper design to ensure uniform sealing surface fit.
• Cylindrical plug uses a stepped sealing surface combined with a flexible valve seat to achieve bidirectional sealing.
• Sealing surface is precision ground, with a fit error ≤0.01mm.
🔩 Connection Parts:
The top is equipped with a valve stem connection groove/threaded hole, using key or spline connection to ensure stable torque transmission and prevent slippage. Some high-pressure plugs have a guide shaft at the bottom to improve rotational coaxiality.
