Product Description
Oilfield Tubing Cross is a heavy-duty integral forged wellhead component specially matched with Christmas Tree and wellhead assembly for oil & gas production wells.
As the main supporting base of the whole surface well control system, it has four independent flow passages, connecting tubing hanger, master valves, wing valves and auxiliary process pipelines. It undertakes core functions including suspending the entire downhole tubing string, sealing the annulus between tubing and casing, monitoring annular pressure, and providing channels for chemical injection, fluid sampling and well killing operation.
The whole cross is formed by one-piece forging without welding joints, equipped with standard ring joint sealing grooves to fit metal RX/BX gaskets, which effectively prevents leakage under long-term high pressure. This component adapts to multiple working environments such as conventional crude wells, sour gas wells, low-temperature onshore oilfields and offshore marine platforms.
We supply crosses with different channel types to meet various pipeline layout demands. Every tubing cross will go through strict hydrostatic strength test and air tightness test before delivery to guarantee stable and leak-free operation. Custom dimensions and special connecting structures are available for EPC oilfield projects.
