Product Description
The product uses high-strength alloy structural steel as the base material, combined with industry-leading high-velocity oxygen fuel (HVOF) tungsten carbide (WC) wear-resistant and corrosion-resistant coating technology. It is formed through five-axis CNC precision machining, fine grinding, and multiple quality inspection processes, resulting in valve needles with extremely high surface finish and strict dimensional tolerance control. It can be adapted to the extreme and harsh working conditions of oilfields, such as high pressure, high temperature, sand erosion, acid and alkali corrosion, and salt spray erosion. It fundamentally solves the industry pain points of traditional valve needles, such as easy wear, easy corrosion, sealing failure, and short lifespan, significantly improving the overall service life and operational stability of throttle valves, reducing the operation and maintenance costs and downtime risks of oilfield equipment, and is widely applicable to all scenarios of petroleum equipment, including onshore oilfields, offshore drilling platforms, and shale gas extraction.
